This time I layered a lace white panel on to a white card base, giving my card a very soft, feminine look.
With such a beautiful background I wanted to keep the rest of my card very simple, so I added a small square (using my stitched dies of course!), and then layered my flowers above it with dimensionals.
I used the new Painted Seasons stamp set, which is only available until March 31 and is earned for free! This set is incredible, and has images to use all year long (the pinecone is one of my favourites).
I inked the beautiful flower in Rich Razzleberry--that's right, ONE colour gets you that gorgeous image! That's because this set is made with a new, patent-pending Distinktive process: "The stamps made with this distinktive process lay down the ink at different opacities giving the finished image more depth. There’s nothing tricky about how to apply the ink: just ink the surface lightly for a perfect photographic finish."
I don't know the science, I just know it works and looks amazing. :) And even better--April's Paper Pumpkin Kit is going to include a new Distinktive stamp set!!! If you aren't currently a subscriber, click here to register so you don't miss out.
That's it for me this month, but be sure to check out the other great projects by hopping along:
