There are SO MANY new Stampin' Up! colours to play with now that the colour refresh and 2023-2025 In Colours have gone live! I am waiting for most of my new products to arrive later this week, but I immediately knew that the new in colour, Pebbled Path, would be at the top of my list, so I snuck it into my last April order as part of the demo-exclusive pre-order. It pairs so well with Grey Granite (my favourite neutral) and the returning Lemon Lime Twist, that I couldn't resist this fun notecard for our Stamping Symphony New Colours InstaHop today:
Isn't this just fun?! I used Pebbled Path Cardstock to make a card base (5.5" x 8.5", scored at 4.25") and added some stamped splatters from the Lighting The Way Stamp Set in Pebbled Path Ink in the corners.
I fussy cut this adorable alligator image from the Zoo Crew 12"x12" DSP pack and popped it up on Dimensionals, then added it to a die cut hexagon that was also stamped with the Pebbled Path Ink to "ground" the image.
My Basic White Cardstock panels are 1.5"x 3.5" each, and I ran them through the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder for some added texture. I also splattered them with Lemon Lime Twist Blends, using the flicking technique. The panels are mounted onto Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock, and then added to another panel of Pebbled Path Cardstock, which is popped up on Dimensionals. I added some retired Baker's Twine and Matte Decorative Dots to complete the front of my card.
The inside of my card was perfect for a partial alligator image, which is a great way to use every bit of this adorable Zoo Crew DSP. I added some more splatters and Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock, and left the whole card sentiment-free for the greatest flexibility.
I hope you'll leave me a comment and then head to my Instagram page to join in on our Stamping Symphony InstaHop and be inspired by all the beautiful new colours!
