Sale-a-bration Favourites Stamping Symphony Blog Hop

It's Sale-a-bration time again!  What better way to start a new year than with free crafty supplies?!  Our Stamping Symphony team blog hop this month is all about showcasing love and the fabulous stuff you can get for free with a qualifying order.  I used two great freebies in my card today:

Isn't this the grooviest?  If you have a man in your life who loves cars than the free Driving By Stamp Set is the one for you.  I adore this vintage mini van and wanted to see it in all the colours!  So I stamped multiple images on Basic White cardstock and then coloured them with my Blends and fussy cut them out.  The final result were these four vans in Flirty Flamingo, Mango Melody, Soft Succulent and Balmy Blue.

I paired the vans with a 3" wide strip of Simply Marbleous DSP in Bumblebee...this is another freebie and is sure to go fast because it is such a great deal!  You get 48 sheets in 8 different colours and 2 different patterns of monochromatic goodness.  :)

Did you notice the textured background?  That's the new Dotty Hearts Embossing Folder! You get two embossing folders in the pack, which is a great deal.  I heat embossed my sentiment, from the Happy & Heartfelt Stamp Set, in white embossing powder on a scrap of Basic Black cardstock, which I cut into a flag and popped up on my card front.

I kept the inside of my card very simple, with one more fussy cut van coloured with Evening Evergreen Blends.  I also added some heart "exhaust" by die cutting some of the stitched hearts from the Give It A Whirl die set!

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog today, please be sure to hop along and see the other great projects made by the team and get all kinds of inspiration for how to use your Sale-a-bration freebies!

And don't forget, the deadline to RSVP for my Winter Virtual Retreat is January 31.   Join us and you get your choice of a free Sale-a-bration item (two if you also purchase the Add-On Fun Fold Class!).  All the details are here.

Happy Crafting,

Barb
